We accept returns on full priced merchandise for store credit or exchange. 

All sales final on swim, hats, perfume, socks, earrings, hair combs, hair accessories, ceramics, tabletop items, vintage, candles, books, and discounted merchandise (this includes coupon codes 25% or more)

All discounted merchandise is final sale.

Return must be initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date. Returned items must be mailed back within 7 days of return authorization. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued once we receive and process your return. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Please contact returns@thedrivenewyork.com to obtain an RMA number and form prior to return. No returns will be accepted without this number.  

The Drive New York is not liable for lost or stolen packages. The Drive New York holds the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
