RETURNS

WE UNDERSTAND SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T WORK OUT. 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNWORN GOODS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. WE ARE CURRENTLY A SMALL BUSINESS AND AS WE GROW WE HOPE TO REVISIT THIS POLICY WITH MORE FLEXIBILITY. RETURN MUST BE INITIATED BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE MAILED BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION. ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT. STORE CREDIT (MINUS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS) WILL BE ISSUED ONCE WE RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. SHOES MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED SHOE BOX.

ALL SALES FINAL ON SWIM, PERFUME, CANDLES, BOOKS AND DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. RETURNED ITEM MUST BE INSURED, AND INCLUDE TRACKING. THE DRIVE NEW YORK IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

THE DRIVE NEW YORK HOLDS THE RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS IF THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
